- 7+ years of dedicated full-lifecycle recruitment experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in in-house or agency executive search (VP level and above).
- Demonstrated track record of recruiting senior leaders within the EdTech sector or aligned industries like Enterprise SaaS, HealthTech, or HRTech.
- Proven experience placing executives in both technical (Engineering, Product, Data) and non-technical (Sales, Marketing, People, Finance) disciplines.
- High-level influence and communication skills with experience advising C-suite or board-level stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of executive compensation, including bonuses, equity structures, and retention strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby) and building recruitment dashboards.
- Track record of executing inclusive hiring strategies to reduce bias.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for VP and C-level roles across technical and non-technical functions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior leaders regarding market insights, compensation benchmarking, and talent mapping.
- Leverage industry networks, passive outreach, and inclusive sourcing channels to build diverse executive candidate slates.
- Manage high-touch candidate engagement from initial outreach through offer creation, equity structuring, and closing complex compensation packages.
- Track industry trends, competitor moves, and executive talent movements within EdTech, SaaS, and broader technology sectors.
- Manage full end-to-end recruiting for Legal and Finance functions across all levels.
