Requirements
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years focused on corporate roles in high-growth organizations.
- Proven experience as a highly skilled sourcer capable of building outbound pipelines for passive talent.
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices including competency evaluation.
- Experience with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of influencing hiring teams.
- Must be based in or able to easily commute to San Francisco or New York for hybrid attendance (Tuesday-Thursday).
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from role kick-off to close.
- Build and execute advanced sourcing strategies on platforms like LinkedIn, Ashby, and Juicebox.
- Partner strategically with hiring managers and department leaders to define requirements and interview panels.
- Use data and funnel analytics to drive recruitment efficiency and optimize pipelines.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while selling the company mission.
- Maintain high-volume requisition pipelines in Greenhouse.
