- Demonstrated experience developing healthcare-focused data visualizations and reporting solutions.
- Active Epic certifications: Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle.
- One applicable Epic Data Model certification.
- Expert-level knowledge of Epic's reporting and analytical toolset.
- Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Significant experience with data quality, profiling, metadata management, and data governance.
- Detailed understanding of healthcare and hospital business operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an advanced subject matter expert for Epic reporting, analytics, and data visualization.
- Analyze and translate complex business requirements into data and visualization solutions.
- Build, modify, test, and troubleshoot reporting solutions using Epic tools and data models.
- Lead the deployment of enterprise-level data visualizations and consistent reporting practices.
- Support data governance initiatives by maintaining metadata, dashboards, and reporting assets.
- Contribute to software implementations, system upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Mentor team members and provide guidance on complex analytics approaches.
