Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related experience.
- 3+ years of experience in court operations, case management, or judicial administration.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead Business Analyst role.
- Experience with judicial or government software applications.
- Proficiency with JIRA or similar tools for user story creation.
- Experience supporting software implementations or enterprise system rollouts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically advanced Excel.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Analyze court workflows, operations, and judicial processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Document current and future-state business processes, functional requirements, and system interactions.
- Translate operational needs into clear, actionable requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
- Conduct data analysis and research to support solution design, configuration, and decision-making.
- Engage directly with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle including discovery, testing, and deployment.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process review sessions.
- Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation in JIRA.
- Produce process maps, requirements specifications, and training materials.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients.
