Requirements
- 5+ years of web project lifecycle experience (discovery through implementation).
- 2–5 years of product management or project management experience.
- Prior experience in a MarTech digital agency setting.
- 5+ years of experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Contentstack, Contentful, Optimizely, Sitecore, WordPress Atlas, Uniform).
- Understanding of web page structure and WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility requirements.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for documentation and analysis.
- Proven track record of managing 3 or more concurrent client engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Management Information Systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and diagramming tools (Visio, Miro).
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs from project sponsors and stakeholders using workshops, surveys, and use cases.
- Translate conceptual requirements into clear, functional specifications for developers and project teams.
- Create detailed process models, diagrams, and charts to guide project execution.
- Manage and track requirements status throughout the project lifecycle to ensure quality and consistency.
- Prioritize requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and the project team.
- Communicate project modifications and solutions clearly to project managers and stakeholders.
- Leverage AI tools to synthesize discovery notes, draft business requirement documents, and generate user stories.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members on the BA team.
