Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with RRC business processes and software development project documentation.
- 10+ years of experience in requirements elicitation, client management, and technical documentation.
- 10+ years of experience facilitating interactive sessions with business and cross-functional teams.
- 10+ years of experience analyzing workflow and performing root cause analysis on specific RRC legacy systems.
- 5+ years of analysis experience with workflow and root cause issues in T1, W3, and W3A legacy systems.
- 3+ years of experience with the Texas version of RBDMS Oil & Gas regulatory system.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and prototyping tools such as Visio, SnagIt, Adobe Illustrator, or Axure.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to respond to customers with a sense of urgency and manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Identify, gather, analyze, and document business and technology requirements.
- Reverse-engineer legacy mainframe systems and generate detailed specifications.
- Assess and improve business processes for technology implementation initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis on workflows and data for legacy systems.
- Develop, update, and maintain design documents and process diagrams.
- Organize and lead interactive sessions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Guide business units on UAT activities, including test script creation and system validation.
- Provide research, analysis, and support for special projects and user needs.
- Ensure deliverables adhere to standards and supervise team member tasks.
- Ensure consistent quality and mitigate project risks.
