Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel enablement, or partner programs in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable partner training and certification programs anchored to GTM outcomes.
  • Proven experience managing a partner portal or LMS (Impartner experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics, co-sell motions, and partner ecosystem economics (Channel, Hyperscaler, G/SI).
  • Experience building or supporting account mapping processes and joint pipeline programs.
  • Proficiency in coordinating with internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to measure enablement investment.
  • Strongly preferred: Experience in high-growth SaaS and familiarity with structured sales methodologies like Command of the Message.
  • Strongly preferred: Exposure to AI, containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training and certification programs for Channel, Hyperscaler, G/SI, and Technology ISV partners.
  • Develop role-based learning paths anchored to Docker’s AI Governance (AIG) value proposition.
  • Manage the Impartner portal to drive partner engagement, certification tracking, and discoverability.
  • Equip internal AEs, SEs, and CSMs with 'How to Win with Partners' resources, including co-sell plays and account mapping frameworks.
  • Support Salesforce (SFDC) account mapping between Docker sales teams and partners to boost joint pipeline.
  • Track and report on partner readiness KPIs, such as pipeline contribution and certification completion.
