Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, account management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing campaigns, creator partnerships, engagement, conversions, and performance metrics.
- Professional or advanced English proficiency, both written and conversational.
- Experience using project management, CRM, or campaign management platforms such as Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets, or comparable tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and potential issues in content, campaign tracking, and operational processes.
- Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills when working with influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work according to a Cyprus-based schedule, Sunday through Thursday, starting at 9:30 a.m. EEST.
- Willingness to sign confidentiality agreements when required.
- Ability to align professional social media profiles with client projects when necessary.
- Reliable internet connection and an appropriate home working environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with international influencers and content creators.
- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from initial planning through execution, publication, and performance reporting.
- Review and approve creator content before publication, ensuring compliance with campaign guidelines, brand requirements, and quality standards.
- Monitor key campaign metrics including engagement, clicks, conversions, promotional codes, and overall performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date campaign information across Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets, and similar tools.
- Identify high-performing influencers and analyze campaign results to uncover opportunities for optimization and future collaborations.
- Research, approach, evaluate, and recruit new creators who align with client objectives, audiences, and campaign requirements.
- Track campaign deliverables, deadlines, creator commitments, and other operational requirements.
- Prepare performance reports and provide ongoing updates on campaign progress and results.
- Identify content errors, inconsistencies, or process gaps and take appropriate action to maintain campaign quality.
