- Fluency in German and English.
- Based in a Western Europe time zone (WET or CET).

- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
- High level of empathy for teammates and users.
- Experience expanding into new geographies is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive expansion efforts across Western Europe and the DACH region.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional sales, marketing, and product teams to align the product with new market demands.
- Shape the company's international sales strategy as a founding team member.
- Collaborate in a high-documentation, low-meeting remote environment.
