Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in MSP/MSSP account management, agency account management, channel partnerships, or a similar client-facing commercial role
- Strong understanding of managed IT / cybersecurity services and recurring-revenue businesses
- Comfortable discussing SEO, paid media, content, and digital growth with clients
- Proven commercial mindset with a history of owning a book of business, revenue targets, renewals, or expansion
- Experience creating proposals, sales materials, or sales-engineering content
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to identify a clientâs commercial problem and recommend a solution
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with MSP and cybersecurity clients
- Lead client conversations, uncover business challenges, and recommend the right solutions
- Own client retention, expansion, and upsell opportunities
- Create and shape commercial proposals and sales materials
- Act as a trusted advisor to MSP/MSSP owners and senior leaders
- Build relationships within MSP, MSSP, channel, and partner communities
- Take ownership of a revenue target tied to client retention and growth
