Requirements
- Significant experience in GTM strategy, business operations, executive operations, consulting, or a comparable role supporting senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted partner and handle confidential information with sound judgment.
- Strong program-management skills with a track record of coordinating complex, cross-functional work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations and meeting facilitation.
- Strong business acumen and analytical ability, with experience translating goals and data into clear priorities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to influence, resolve issues, and build alignment across teams without direct authority.
- Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Revenue Operations on annual planning, Revenue OKRs, V2MOM communication, and execution across the CRO organization.
- Lead critical cross-functional programs, special projects, pilots, and organizational initiatives delegated by the CRO.
- Partner with CRO leaders to identify dependencies, clarify ownership, surface decisions, and improve collaboration.
- Manage project documentation, track action items, monitor progress, and facilitate stakeholder communications.
- Support board and executive meeting preparation by coordinating inputs and developing materials.
- Coordinate key Revenue events and executive engagements, including Revenue Kickoff and President’s Club.
- Support headcount planning, hiring priorities, and organizational design across the Revenue organization.
- Partner with Finance and Procurement on CRO budget visibility and purchase-order coordination.
- Establish and manage the CRO organization’s operating cadence, including staff meetings and business reviews.
