Job Details

7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
Proven experience managing and scaling a six-figure monthly Google Ads budget, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Deep expertise in Google Ads ecosystem (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Smart Bidding).
Hands-on experience with Clay, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of funnel economics (CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, payback period).
Strong analytical and experimentation skills (statistical significance, test design).
Practical experience using AI/LLM tools like ChatGPT or Claude for growth workflows and automation.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ownership mentality to build workflows, dashboards, and campaigns personally.
Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, asynchronous remote environment.

Own demand generation performance across paid and organic channels, including channel mix, budget allocation, and pipeline targets.
Manage and scale a multi-six-figure monthly Google Ads investment across Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
Test and develop emerging acquisition opportunities, including advertising on AI-native platforms.
Build source-of-truth reporting for paid and organic funnel performance using SQL, dashboards, and attribution modeling.
Own the roadmap for paid landing pages, creative, and offers, utilizing rigorous A/B testing.
Design and manage automated lead-nurturing and enrichment workflows using n8n, Make, HubSpot, and Clay.
Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to analyze lead quality and conversion performance.
Present performance insights and budget recommendations to marketing leadership.
