Requirements
- Strong professional experience in Product Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Proven experience with product metrics, funnels, retention, experimentation, and growth analytics.
- Strong business acumen and product thinking.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated interest in mentoring others and growing into a leadership role.
- Fluent in English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
- Ability to work 9:00-18:00 within GMT+4 to GMT+10 time zones.
Responsibilities
- Investigate changes in product, marketing, and business KPIs to identify root causes.
- Conduct comprehensive user behavior, funnel, retention, and cohort analyses.
- Design, evaluate, and interpret A/B tests and proxy metrics.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to influence strategy and roadmaps.
- Work with Data Engineering to improve data quality and analytics infrastructure.
- Develop marketing analytics frameworks including LTV, CAC, and attribution measurement.
- Mentor junior analysts and improve team performance processes as part of the leadership development track.
