Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in analytics, preferably supporting Sales, RevOps, CS, or lifecycle analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with Tableau, Metabase, or similar BI tools.
- Expert in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to independently translate loose questions into structured analysis.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and directness.
- Exposure to Python (preferred).
- Ability to balance recurring operational work with long-term analytical initiatives.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain predictive models to anticipate revenue outcomes and retention patterns.
- Build and maintain dashboards for quota, pipeline health, and other key revenue metrics.
- Calculate monthly and quarterly incentive compensation for revenue teams.
- Perform root cause analysis on metric shifts and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain clean, reliable data models in dbt.
- Translate complex data and technical findings into compelling narratives for senior leadership.
