Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (STEM); Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience influencing product and business decision-making through advanced analytical skill.
- Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience preferred.
- Advanced technical proficiency in architecting robust data models.
- Deep experience with SQL and dbt for querying, transforming, and validating complex data sets.
- Proven ability to design and present data products and visualizations that deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills adaptable to business and technical audiences.
- Proven leadership prowess and ability to articulate a compelling vision.
- Self-starter mentality with experience devising creative solutions to complex challenges.
Responsibilities
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to design key business metrics, dashboards, data products, and AI-enabled reporting systems.
- Leverage advanced analytical skills to conduct rigorous analyses that reveal root causes, uncover opportunities, and forecast outcomes.
- Transform complex findings into compelling narratives that influence strategic direction.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to influence the design, development, and maintenance of dimensional data models.
- Champion world-class data governance and quality practices across technical teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to align roadmaps with business priorities and provide technical mentorship.
