Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on local SEO experience.
- Proven track record of driving ranking and traffic improvements in competitive landscapes.
- Strong expertise in Google Business Profile optimization.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Solid understanding of on-site SEO including WordPress implementation and technical basics.
- Ability to work U.S. Central or Eastern Time hours.
- Comfortable with AI tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote home office setup.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 8–10 client accounts as the primary point of contact.
- Lead onboarding calls, monthly strategy reviews, and regular check-ins with business owners.
- Audit local search presence and build customized SEO strategies to address performance gaps.
- Optimize and actively manage Google Business Profiles including posts, Q&A, and review strategy.
- Implement on-site SEO improvements on WordPress websites including technical fixes and metadata updates.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and lead metrics using BrightLocal, Whitespark, GSC, and GA4.
- Stay current on Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies proactively.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline SEO workflows and execution.
