Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, client relationship management, or a similar role.
- Proven success in managing client accounts and delivering measurable marketing results.
- Strong hands-on understanding of Meta Ads and lead generation.
- Proven experience developing marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, appointments, customers, or revenue.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, including paid media, email, SMS, nurture campaigns, reactivation, and conversion.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence leading client meetings.
- Strong relationship management and commercial instincts.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and ClickUp.
- Highly coachable and open to learning, testing, and continuously improving existing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary marketing consultant and strategic point of contact for assigned clients.
- Lead client onboarding calls, strategy meetings, and ongoing performance reviews.
- Build strong relationships with practice owners while maintaining ownership of the client's overall marketing success.
- Develop and communicate marketing strategies focused on lead generation, patient acquisition, bookings, and revenue growth.
- Understand the full marketing funnel, including paid social, email, SMS, nurture sequences, reactivation, landing pages, and conversion strategies.
- Coordinate with Media Buyers, Designers, Tech/GHL Specialists, and Marketing Assistants to ensure campaigns are executed correctly and on schedule.
- Take ownership of client outcomes and proactively identify opportunities, issues, and areas for improvement.
