Requirements
- 4-6 years of SEO agency experience with quantified results in leads or revenue.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Active, hands-on use of AI tools in daily SEO workflow.
- Working familiarity with SEO and analytics platforms (e.g., Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading client relationships.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
Responsibilities
- Assess and formulate SEO strategies for large to enterprise clients, tying your work directly to lead generation and revenue outcomes.
- Lead comprehensive technical SEO, on-page optimization, content planning, and link building as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and apply AI Search and GEO strategies, along with organic Reddit and YouTube optimization.
- Analyze behavioral data to inform on-site CRO and CRM messaging strategies.
- Host client status calls, track and report on campaign results, and monitor search engine algorithm updates.
- Partner with the sales team on audits, custom strategy development, and pitch materials.
