Requirements
- 7+ years in analytics, marketing analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Deep expertise in subscription and DTC unit economics (CAC, ROAS, CPA, churn, LTV, AOV).
- Hands-on experience with MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing.
- Experience with attribution/analytics platforms such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, or Rockerbox.
- Strong statistical modeling skills (churn, LTV, profitability).
- Expert SQL and strong Python skills for transformation, automation, and modeling.
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and causal inference.
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to CEO/COO-level audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage long-term projects.
Responsibilities
- Own MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing across the full marketing funnel.
- Analyze DTC channel performance and cross-channel halo effects using platforms like Northbeam.
- Apply subscription and DTC economics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, churn, AOV, CPA) to drive marketing investment decisions.
- Design and analyze A/B tests across CRM and marketing channels.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards for marketing and customer performance.
- Develop churn, LTV, profitability, and sensitivity models to inform business decisions.
- Lead the transition from Power BI to a new, modern analytics/BI platform.
- Establish data quality, governance, and metric standards.
