Job Details

5+ years of experience in HR/People Operations, HRIS administration, or a related Generalist experience.
Strong working knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, ADP, or similar).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
A process-improvement mindset.
High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
CPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification preferred.

Strive to continuously improve core People Ops processes, including onboarding, offboarding, worker data management, and lifecycle transactions.
Serve as a subject-matter expert on Company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Manage and maintain HRIS data integrity through regular audits, corrective actions, and system troubleshooting.
Generate complex people analytics reports and identify areas for automation of manual processes.
Lead or support cross-functional projects such as performance cycles, system updates, and policy changes.
Draft and update standard operating procedures and internal resource documentation.
Partner with legal teams to ensure adherence to employment laws.
Manage employee requests for remote work abroad, immigration cases, and international relocations.
