Requirements
- Demonstrated experience owning and administering a portfolio of HR technology systems (HRIS, ATS, performance management).
- Deep expertise in automation and AI-powered workflows.
- Hands-on experience with API design and implementation.
- Strong strategic thinking skills for contributing to multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Experience operating in a hub-and-spoke or shared-services organizational model.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the end-to-end People Technology roadmap.
- Lead the centralization and optimization of People Tech systems to ensure scalable processes.
- Design and implement automation and AI-powered workflows across the People Tech stack.
- Act as the primary hub in a hub-and-spoke model to partner with P&C sub-teams on technology needs.
- Build and maintain API integrations and cross-system data flows.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to advise leadership on tool investments.
