Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B, fintech, or payments.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering measurable product outcomes.
- Experience building and scaling complex products, platforms, or APIs.
- Experience launching AI/ML products or features.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into decisions.
- Experience designing and running experiments to validate product direction.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a bias toward action.
- Strong technical fluency and ability to partner deeply with engineering.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive audiences.
- Passion for customer problems and delivering meaningful, measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Own measurable business outcomes including adoption, revenue, unit economics, and retention.
- Act as the single accountable owner for your product area, making decisions based on data and strategy.
- Operate with an AI-first mindset, leveraging AI across discovery, prototyping, and product capabilities.
- Define and evolve product strategy with clear narratives regarding customer problems and expected impact.
- Own product economics, including revenue performance, cost-to-serve, and monetization strategy.
- Design and run structured experiments like concept tests and pilots to validate opportunities.
- Drive end-to-end go-to-market outcomes, including positioning, enablement, and adoption.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive alignment, influence decisions, and operationalize product changes.
