Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a track record of owning systems end-to-end.
- Proven full-stack depth with backend services (Python), datastores (SQL/NoSQL), and optionally React/Next.js.
- Experience designing distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, or developer productivity infrastructure at scale.
- Comfortable in client-facing situations, including discovery, earning trust, and shaping technical scope.
- Ability to use AI tools constantly, creatively, and with good judgment.
- History of building production products from scratch (preferred).
- Experience as a founding engineer or early startup hire (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own client engagements end-to-end, from technical discovery and scoping through to production.
- Work directly with enterprise clients to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical scope.
- Ship production AI systems across multiple domains, including agents, LLM workflows, document processing, and infrastructure.
- Contribute to internal platform patterns, skills, and infrastructure that compound across engagements.
- Raise the bar for engineering standards through code review, pairing, and mentoring.
