Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of previous Lead Generation or Sales Development experience
- Experience collaborating and developing business relationships
- Proven ability to work with deadlines, manage time, and prioritize tasks
- Experience gathering and using data to inform and persuade
- Experience developing strategies that meet targets
- Proficiency with CRM-related tools such as Salesforce.com
- Experience with lead qualification-related applications
- Demonstrated practice of integrating AI tools into daily workflows
- Fluency with AI for research, drafting, analysis, and planning
- Discipline to iterate on prompts, tools, and workflows
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a multi-channel outbound strategy
- Research and prioritize target accounts weekly using intent signals and engagement data
- Leverage AI-assisted workflows to prospect at scale
- Own early-stage discovery, conduct lead qualification calls, and surface business pain
- Partner with AEs to exchange account intelligence and ensure seamless handoffs
- Build technical fluency in CockroachDB
- Hit quarterly qualified opportunity targets
