Job Details

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in scheduling, care coordination, or administrative operations.
Experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, home care, or LBA setting strongly preferred.
Strong proficiency with scheduling systems and EHR or case management platforms.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail regarding scheduling data.
Familiarity with Medicaid authorization processes and service hour tracking preferred.
Experience with LBA-specific platforms such as Central Reach, Catalyst, or Theralytics preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole) encouraged to apply.

Match LBA therapists (BTs/RBTs) to clients based on availability, location, language, and clinical compatibility.
Maintain accurate weekly and monthly schedules, proactively resolving cancellations and time-off requests.
Monitor therapist caseloads to ensure consistent coverage and prevent overextension.
Track client authorization hours and alert teams regarding potential expirations.
Ensure service hours are utilized according to approval periods for compliance.
Serve as the primary contact for therapists regarding logistics and case assignments.
Partner with clinical supervisors and families to ensure alignment with treatment goals and scheduling needs.
Generate and distribute scheduling reports to track trends and support workforce planning.
