Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (Business, Engineering, Data Analytics preferred).
  • At least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications operations, specifically FTTH, broadband, or cable.
  • At least 7 years of direct program management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with FTTH/GPON networks, deployments, and operational functions.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading teams and managing external vendors or contractors.
  • In-depth understanding of OSP construction, maintenance, drop burial/aerial deployment, and in-home installation/repair.
  • Demonstrated ability to build/manage operational metrics, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and data visualization tools.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale outsourced vendor relationships, SLAs, and contract optimization.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills to influence leaders and field teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the national operations support function for OSP Construction, OSP Repair & Maintenance, Drops, and In-Home Installation & Repair.
  • Build, develop, and mentor a team of data analysts, process engineers, and operations specialists.
  • Partner with regional leaders to analyze performance, identify root causes, and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Establish national performance baselines and KPIs covering construction velocity, repair SLAs, and installation quality.
  • Transform operational data into actionable insights, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Drive national standardization across markets to align strategy with local execution.
  • Manage vendor accountability and relationships through SLA management and performance scorecards.
  • Serve as a bridge between corporate leadership and field organizations to translate priorities into operational initiatives.
