- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for navigating complex hiring challenges.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing through to offer acceptance and pre-boarding handover.
- Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and direct headhunting.
- Build and maintain strong, proactive talent pipelines for critical and frequently hired roles.
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives, ensuring inclusive sourcing practices and bias-aware processes.
- Manage offer negotiations and closing conversations, balancing business requirements with candidate expectations.
- Collaborate with the Talent team to prioritize hiring needs and share market insights.
- Support strategic projects to improve the functionality and effectiveness of the Talent team.
- Ensure the Greenhouse ATS is kept up to date for all candidates and prospects at all times.
