- Proven ability to manage multiple searches independently across corporate functions like Finance, Legal, or Marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in building search strategies and conducting intake meetings.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility and offer professional points of view.
- Experience using AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to streamline recruiting workflows.
- Skilled in using data and recruiting insights to assess pipeline health and conversion rates.
- Strong closing and offer negotiation skills.
- Highly adaptable to different stakeholders and role types without reliance on rigid playbooks.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting independently from intake and job kickoff through sourcing, screening, coordination, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers by setting clear expectations and providing expert recruiting context.
- Develop high-quality, inclusive talent pipelines using a mix of sourcing strategies, networking, and referrals.
- Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience while maintaining speed, quality, and professionalism.
- Use data, AI, and recruiting tools to track funnel health, identify bottlenecks, and improve sourcing precision.
