Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of three years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of two years of executive recruiting experience supporting VP or Senior Director roles.
- Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive executive candidates.
- Proven experience managing expectations of senior leadership, including C-suite.
- Experience creating effective sourcing and pipelining strategies.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to serve as a strategic partner to hiring executives.
- Prior experience in an agency environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic recruiting partner to senior executives and hiring leaders.
- Develop deep understanding of organizational priorities and executive talent needs.
- Create tailored search strategies to attract and engage high-caliber leadership talent.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from initial contact to final-offer negotiation.
- Design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet stakeholder hiring needs.
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates.
- Build the company employment brand across social media, recruitment platforms, and networks.
