Requirements
- 6-8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare business development, strategic partnerships, or public health.
- Demonstrated experience monitoring and evaluating federal, state, and private funding opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare delivery system, Medicaid, and FQHCs.
- Proven ability to conduct strategic research and map healthcare ecosystems to identify stakeholders.
- Experience building and sustaining relationships with executive leaders in healthcare and government.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools for workflow automation and content evaluation.
- Ethical understanding of AI data privacy and bias recognition.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Comfortable working in an on-camera culture for meetings.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain influential relationships with consortia, associations, and healthcare collaboratives.
- Develop long-term engagement strategies to increase awareness of the organization's model.
- Monitor federal, state, and private funding opportunities including grants, RFPs, and NOFOs.
- Research health systems and community health centers to identify strategic alignment for partnerships.
- Attend conferences and industry events to network and generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate across internal teams to transfer qualified opportunities using standardized criteria.
