5+ years of progressively responsible major gifts or frontline fundraising experience.
Demonstrated track record of identifying, cultivating, and closing five- and six-figure gifts.
Experience managing a donor portfolio and moves management process.
Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop and implement fundraising strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of Salesforce and fundraising or donor engagement processes.
Experience with project management, process improvement, and budget management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and fundraising experience.
Ability to travel approximately 30%-35% for donor visits and meetings.

Manage a portfolio of 100-150 major donors and prospects with gift capacity from $25,000 to $100,000+.
Develop and execute individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies using a moves management framework.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects and document all interactions in the CRM.
Partner with prospect research to identify new major gift prospects via wealth screening and referrals.
Qualify prospects through discovery visits and collaborate with local agency leaders.
Design personalized donor experiences including visits, briefings, and program tours.
Draft donor-centered gift proposals and stewardship reports.
Lead or support solicitation visits with executive leadership and board members.
Track and report progress against revenue goals, pipeline metrics, and activity benchmarks.
