Requirements

  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
  • 2–3 years of experience leading AI- or analytics-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Proven experience designing and optimizing demand unit-based marketing models and buying-group identification.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply predictive scoring, account-intent modeling, and next-best-action engines.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, or HubSpot.
  • Advanced knowledge of demand unit frameworks, funnel progression modeling, and marketing performance measurement.
  • Experience with AI-enhanced analytics and visualization platforms like Power BI, Clari, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Familiarity with data integration and workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Tray.io, or Snowflake.
  • Working knowledge of machine learning concepts (predictive analytics, NLP, clustering).
  • Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or complex enterprise go-to-market environments.
  • Understanding of data privacy, governance, security, and ethical AI principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to marketing leadership to drive AI- and analytics-enabled demand generation.
  • Design and optimize demand unit-based marketing models, including intent-based segmentation and multi-touch attribution.
  • Align predictive scoring and next-best-action engines with demand unit frameworks to improve revenue growth.
  • Implement and manage MarTech solutions, including data enrichment, personalization, and marketing automation.
  • Utilize AI-enhanced analytics and visualization to improve forecasting, campaign performance, and ROI measurement.
  • Manage internal teams and external agencies to establish clear OKRs and deliver performance improvements.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear commercial insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Incorporate data privacy, governance, and ethical AI principles into marketing operations.
