Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven success in building qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunities.
- Sales experience within health systems, medical groups, or other healthcare organizations.
- Ability to articulate complex product suite features and benefits.
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent work ethic and competitive spirit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge in Arcadia’s product solutions.
- Generate new pipeline through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn networking, tradeshows, and discovery calls.
- Partner with sales executives to generate outreach campaigns and strategize territory account plans.
- Understand the competitive landscape and articulate Arcadia’s value proposition.
- Develop relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Support the creation of sales presentations alongside sales engineering and leadership.
- Participate in sales planning and strategy meetings to achieve sales quotas.
