Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing or adjacent roles at high-growth B2B technology companies.
- Proven ability to defend detailed project decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes.
- Deep experience owning positioning and launches for complex platform products (infrastructure, fintech, devtools, or logistics).
- Active, daily proficiency using LLMs (e.g., Claude) and AI prototyping tools (e.g., Replit) as a core workflow.
- Strong narrative writing craft with the ability to turn complex worldviews into resonant copy.
- Analytical comfort with funnel, pipeline, and win/loss data using CRM systems.
- Proven success building or scaling a product marketing function.
- Deep technical curiosity and ability to engage with technical audiences.
- Strong opinions and the ability to update them quickly based on evidence.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on real customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Own Nash's positioning and narrative across diverse enterprise audiences including retailers, grocers, and platforms.
- Lead launches end-to-end, from roadmap shaping through messaging, sales enablement, and post-launch measurement.
- Distill customer signal into actionable patterns to guide product development and sales strategy.
- Maintain a living competitive intelligence system to support sales teams.
- Develop reusable launch playbooks, templates, and AI-driven workflows.
- Partner with Product and Sales teams as a strategic peer to align roadmap and enablement initiatives.
- Build and scale the product marketing function as the company grows.
