- Demonstrated track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations.
- Strong understanding of product prioritization frameworks.
- Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, permissions, and platform connectivity.
- Experience managing complex workstreams across multiple teams.
- Ability to engage directly with customers and translate feedback into product decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity about AI and willingness to use AI tools for productivity and decision-making.
- Experience owning an integration portfolio or category is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own the integration roadmap by balancing customer needs, business objectives, and strategic opportunities.
- Drive product delivery by partnering with engineering and design to manage backlogs and sequence initiatives.
- Coordinate with partnership stakeholders to activate technology partners and oversee integration enhancements.
- Maintain the integration portfolio while identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and translate pain points into product priorities.
- Enable adoption by partnering with marketing and sales teams to communicate integration capabilities.
- Establish and communicate metrics related to integration breadth, depth, and customer impact.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives by maintaining stakeholder alignment and managing multiple workstreams.
