Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management for SaaS or cloud platforms.
- 4+ years focused on integrations, APIs, or data platforms.
- Proven success in defining and launching API-first products or marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of API and data model design, including REST, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with iPaaS tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
- Familiarity with AI technologies like LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
Responsibilities
- Own the integrations product roadmap, prioritizing by customer value, ARR impact, and scalability.
- Define and maintain API contracts, canonical data models, and integration standards.
- Partner with the Integrations Architect to evolve Ontic’s integration frameworks and marketplace.
- Lead competitive and technology benchmarking for developer experience and reliability.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Field, and GTM teams to translate market needs into product requirements.
- Drive alignment with GTM and Customer Success teams for integration packaging and pricing.
- Champion the developer experience (DX), simplifying configuration and self-service capabilities.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI-enabled workflows and agentic experiences.
