Requirements
- 7–10+ years in Product Management or Service Portfolio Management with focus on commercial offer development.
- Strong background in managed services, specifically mainframe, infrastructure, or SRE environments.
- Proven experience in service commercialization, including pricing strategy, costing models, and margin optimization.
- Ability to transition services from custom delivery to standardized, scalable offerings.
- Demonstrated expertise in cross-organizational collaboration across Product, Finance, and Delivery teams.
- Experience with AI-enabled delivery concepts, automation, and productivity metrics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into business outcomes.
- Ownership mindset with experience managing product lifecycles and dependencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Adapt and evolve existing managed service offerings to incorporate AI-enabled delivery and new platform capabilities.
- Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, SKU structures, and packaging tiers to ensure service profitability.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, client-understandable value propositions and outcomes.
- Own the commercialization roadmap for the MFaaS portfolio, prioritizing features based on commercial potential and market demand.
- Partner with Sales to provide pricing guidance, proposal constructs, and standardized offer definitions.
- Manage product-level relationships with technology vendors and integrate third-party capabilities into the service suite.
- Conduct ongoing customer and competitive research to validate positioning and identify unmet market needs.
