Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in integration delivery.
- Established track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations.
- Experience managing an integration catalog or category.
- Strong understanding of prioritization frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Technical fluency in areas including APIs, authentication, and permissions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and apply AI responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Manage the integrations development roadmap based on product team input, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Pair with engineering and design to prioritize the backlog, plan roadmaps, and define integration depth and sequencing.
- Collaborate with the integration partnership lead to activate partners and manage ongoing enhancements.
- Support maintenance and improvement of the existing integration catalog.
- Work directly with customers to gather, document, and prioritize feedback on integration needs.
- Help market integrations, contribute to enablement materials, and make integrations easier to discover.
- Measure and communicate metrics regarding integration performance and data availability for compliance needs.
