Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Product Manager experience.
- Proven success bringing a product from concept through delivery/deployment while leading a technical team.
- Strong eye for UI/UX design.
- Proven ability to meet or beat deadlines while managing quality based on customer specifications.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Strong ability to execute at a detailed level while maintaining alignment with the big picture.
- Experience managing a remote and diverse product development/design team.
- Commitment to working in or near the PST time zone.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and your Squad, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, integrating client feedback, market trends, and data-driven insights.
- Write technical specifications for developers and maintain internal product release documentation.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
- Analyze product performance metrics to inform iterative improvements and drive product-market fit.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to discover and deliver effective solutions.
- Perform hands-on tasks such as writing technical tickets and manual QA of releases.
