Requirements
- Proven experience in Agile project management with successful implementation of methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of technology and its applications, specifically AI/Data Science products.
- Continuous learning mindset regarding Agile industry trends.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Experience with distributed teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.
- Agile certifications such as CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Champion Agile and Lean best practices and coach team members.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical boundaries.
- Optimize team delivery momentum and address blockers.
- Lead continual planning processes from product delivery to post-launch support.
- Identify and rectify team dynamics issues and provide effective feedback.
- Contribute to various phases of product delivery for continuous improvement.
- Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
