Requirements
- 6+ years of experience running delivery for software or product teams as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Product Operations Manager.
- Depth of experience working with software delivery and go-to-market teams.
- Proven track record of making teams measurably faster or more predictable.
- Fluency in modern delivery practices such as Agile, Lean, and Kanban.
- Strong systems thinking ability to spot value stream flow issues across functions.
- Experience managing dependencies and risks across multiple teams and product lines.
- Hands-on experience in launch and go-to-market coordination.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and diplomacy skills to influence cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
- Technical literacy sufficient to understand engineering trade-offs and team-level blockers.
- Comfort operating in complex environments without established precedents or procedures.
Responsibilities
- Map work movement from discovery and definition through development, launch, and adoption to identify and resolve stalls or bottlenecks.
- Run intake and definition readiness, ensuring work enters build well-formed with clear acceptance criteria and prioritization.
- Improve predictability by building lightweight forecasting and planning practices that teams trust and use.
- Manage dependencies and risks across teams to prevent collisions and clear blockers.
- Partner with Engineering leadership on execution sequencing, capacity, and risk management.
- Set delivery practices and standards, adapting or inventing methods where no precedent exists.
- Coach cross-functional partners in collaborative, efficient practices while stripping out unnecessary ceremonies.
- Lead launch readiness and go-to-market coordination to ensure releases land with adoption.
