Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.
- Must have experience managing Healthcare IT Projects such as EMR, EHR, or similar.
- Proficiency in MS Project and the MS Office Suite of products.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, change management, and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% or as required.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Define project tasks and allocate resources in consultation with implementation managers.
- Modify standard project plans to meet specific Statement of Work requirements.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and issue/risk logs.
- Facilitate weekly status calls with customers and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Review, track, and manage project change orders.
- Monitor and trigger billing milestones based on signed agreements.
- Prepare project completion documents and facilitate transitions to customer success teams.
