Requirements
- Availability to start on September 21, 2026.
- Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, KS, MI, MO, MS, NC, NE, NV, SC, TX, or TN.
- 1+ year of professional telephone sales experience with a proven track record.
- 1+ year of experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Extremely tech-savvy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasive skills.
- Proven ability to influence and reach resolutions in varied situations.
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Empathize with customers regarding their health and wellness goals and connect them to infrared sauna solutions.
- Capitalize on marketing-generated leads through timely follow-up and outbound reach-back calls.
- Proactively identify and contact potential target customers through manual dialing.
- Manage numerous sales touchpoints simultaneously using effective time management systems.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document leads, manage pipeline, and track customer interactions.
- Prepare sales contracts, finalize transactions, and ensure accurate order processing.
- Collaborate with internal departments to confirm proper order fulfillment and distribution.
