Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience supporting end-to-end project management and process improvement projects.
- 2+ years of experience analyzing workflows to improve efficiency and determine causes for deficiencies.
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design.
- 2+ years of experience presenting information and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to lead and work with team members to gain agreement on decisions.
Responsibilities
- Identify risks and resolve issues through investigation to inform technology-enabled process solutions.
- Coordinate projects and processes to ensure milestones and service levels are met.
- Partner with leadership to strategize on lowering costs and improving outcomes.
- Collaborate with team groups to formulate proactive implementation, communication, and change management strategies.
- Maintain cross-functional relationships to achieve results for essential programs.
- Translate data analysis into visually appealing insights and conclusions.
- Provide analytical support to identify opportunities and prioritize projects based on growth targets.
- Implement process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
