Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business, Technology, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing training, enablement, or sales support.
- Proficiency in delivering live demonstrations and instructor-led training to diverse audiences.
- Experience with interactive displays or AV/collaboration technologies.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for Education.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% for business activities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enablement strategies for internal sales teams, channel partners, and end users.
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training programs for LG collaboration solutions.
- Lead product demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and pilot programs for prospective customers.
- Create and maintain training materials, including curricula, best practices, and use-case documentation.
- Support trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings with live product demonstrations and workshops.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and implementation teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Monitor customer adoption trends and identify service expansion opportunities.
