Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in backend systems with large-scale service-oriented architecture.
- Hands-on experience architecting and developing agentic systems.
- Experience with Java and/or Kotlin.
- Experience with LangGraph and GraphQL.
- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with caching solutions like Redis.
- Experience with microservice architecture.
- Passion for efficiency, availability, and system quality.
- Strong communication skills with experience driving cross-team initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision for the marketing platform with a product-first mindset.
- Lead the full development cycle including technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in code and design reviews to improve technical quality.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, creative, and design teams to drive impactful outcomes.
- Architect and develop an agentic platform for onsite and offsite content creation.
