Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the Human Services sector.
- Familiarity with EHR systems or proven experience with SaaS software.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective demonstrations.
- Experience working with multiple, complex product lines (preferred).
- Strong analytical abilities for assessing project needs and business challenges.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales support and technical assistance to the sales team.
- Conduct live solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with account executives to understand customer requirements and deliver customized presentations.
- Address technical questions and provide expert guidance during the sales process.
- Support the RFP process by contributing technical content and ensuring accurate responses.
- Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and communicate customer feedback and unmet needs to internal teams.
- Assist in the development of sales materials and technical documentation for new product lines.
- Develop technical sales assets and a scalable demo environment.
- Improve sales processes by sharing feedback with leadership and reviewing call recordings.
