Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in management or technology consulting.
- Hands-on experience in configuration and implementation of web-based SaaS applications.
- Proven experience with business process optimization and Agile project management methodologies.
- Strong ability to explain complex technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of success in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
- Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel periodically (up to 40%) as required by customers and business needs.
- Demonstrated interest in applying AI and automation to solve business challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Lead customers through business and technical advisory for workflow modernization.
- Design and implement strategic, AI-native solutions to drive organizational change.
- Conduct discovery sessions and develop solutions via prototyping and iterative sprints.
- Perform internal testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timeline, budget, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify product and services expansion opportunities.
- Maintain operational KPIs including billable utilization and project margin targets.
