Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
- Hands-on experience with solution architecture, software architecture, cloud platforms, and AI-native practices.
- Demonstrated success in engaging with executive (VP/C-level) enterprise clients.
- Experience leading pre-sales, discovery, and solution design discussions.
- Track record of shaping and landing deals with sales teams.
- Strong understanding of AI, data pipelines, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Working proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Ability to conduct effective workshops and explain complex trade-offs to non-technical audiences.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to articulate business value.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop and grow client partnerships through AI innovation.
- Act as a subject matter expert on AI, software, cloud, and data technologies to define tailored solutions for client challenges.
- Lead discovery and pre-sales engagements, including crafting proposals, RFP responses, and pitches.
- Develop proofs-of-concept and reference architectures.
- Translate client objectives into actionable solution roadmaps in collaboration with technical experts.
- Support early-stage project delivery to ensure seamless transitions.
- Create case studies and success stories showcasing AI solutions.
- Shape and expand the AI practice by refining approaches and sharing best practices.
