Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Engineer).
- Proven track record of SaaS application selling into complex enterprise environments.
- Strong technical understanding of SaaS solutions, architecture, and modern business applications.
- Proficiency with development frameworks for Web and App platforms.
- Experience with integrations, specifically APIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to capture requirements and articulate business value effectively.
- Strong coordination skills to solve business and technical problems across different teams.
- Self-starter mindset with strong multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to high-level standards in sales process execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Martech domain to qualify prospect goals and articulate value.
- Engage with prospects as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales process.
- Contribute to sales strategy by connecting prospect requirements to platform offerings.
- Craft and pitch personalized demos to business and technical audiences.
- Lead internal coordination for technical responses to RFIs and RFPs.
- Maintain product roadmap awareness and share market insights with the Product Management team.
- Coordinate the handoff of new clients to the Customer Success team.
- Assist the sales team in creating personalized decks and use cases.
